Physician’s Poor Decision Results in Massive Brain Damage

Post-delivery, a new mother passed out twice. The second time, she was taken to the ER for evaluation and was released home the same day. She then passed out for the third time and was again taken to the emergency room. The second ER doctor failed to admit her given her history. She was again released to her home.

The next day, while at home, she passed out for the fourth time. This time it was cardiac in nature and it resulted in massive brain damage.

Stroke Not Properly Treated

A hospital neglected to monitor a suicidal husband and father which resulted in his death. Department of Transportation Employee Suffers Significant Injuries

An Indiana Department of Transportation employee was performing maintenance when he was struck by a truck. He suffered significant personal injuries including multiple fractures and a head injury which caused a stroke. He was both physically and mentally impaired.
