Attorney Information

MIKE MILLER, a native of Indianapolis, graduated from North Central High School, after which he attended Hanover College, receiving his B.A. in 1969. Following two years of military service, Mr. Miller attended Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis and was awarded his J.D. degree in 1974. For two years, Mr. Miller served as a law clerk for the Indiana Court of Appeals and for four years as a Marion County Deputy prosecutor.

Mr. Miller's practice includes all categories of civil litigation involving medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death.

He is a lifetime member of the American Inn of Court, serving in the capacity of Master of the bench. Mr. Miller has obtained his certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy, having met the trial and testing requirements as a plaintiff's litigator. He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Society of Law and Medicine.

Mr. Miller has participated in a wide variety of youth athletics and is currently coaching an AAU basketball team.
