John SullivanOf Counsel
John Sullivan was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, May 2, 1951 and admitted to the Bar in 1976. In 1982, he was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1986. John is married to Margaret Myers Sullivan and together they have four children.
His experience in law encompasses general civil litigation in all state and federal courts including practice areas of probate; government relations; health care; medical malpractice; products liability; probate estate planning and insurance. He is active in the Indianapolis community and has run several Indiana campaigns for presidential candidates. Mr. Sullivan is an active lobbyist in Washington, D.C. on healthcare reform.
Mr. Sullivan was a member of Marion County Convention Center and Recreational Facilities Commission from 1985-1995. He was the 1988 Chairman of the Indiana Recount Commission. He is a Member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.
